FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agent used for arresting the alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Nonalcoholic tonic beverage "Pokhmelator" comprises the following components per 1 l of beverage: 0.01-4.0 g of vitamins; 0.01-5.0 of caffeine-containing components; 0.05-10.0 g of taste-aromatic supplement, and natural mineral water or artificially mineralized water, the balance, up to 1 l. Except for, the beverage comprises additionally extracts and/or herbal infusions in the concentration 1.0-10.0 g/l possessing detoxifying, immunostimulating and sobering effect, 0.1-20.0 g/l of mineral saline supplement and 0.01-1.0 g/l of succinic, lactic, pyruvic or citric acid, or their mixtures taken in any ratios. As source of vitamins the beverage comprises water-soluble vitamins or vitamin premix for beverages. Proposed invention provides decreasing the beverage dose by 2-3 times as compared with the known one for improvement of psychosomatic state all person suffering from alcohol withdrawal syndrome for the first 1.5-2 h after the beverage dosing.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and valuable properties of beverage.
