FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves studying peripheral blood of pregnant woman. Quantitative nitrate ion index is determined in blood serum beginning from 28-th gestation week before and after carrying out pregnancy maintenance treatment course. Its value being equal to or higher than 10% relative to an initial value, premature birth is predicted as pregnancy outcome.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and specificity of prognosis.
