FIELD: laboratory diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with pre-clinical diagnostics for the threat of premature delivery. In the II trimester of pregnancy in peripheral venous blood one should detect the concentration of nitrate ions and at its value being 1.15 mcM/l or higher one should diagnose the threat of premature delivery.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
