FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing lateral ileum stump wall with two figure-of-eight sutures in front of haustrum selected for making anastomosis. The third figure-of-eight suture is placed between the sutures. It is arranged between the free muscle ribbon and lateral ileum wall. The fourth figure-of-eight suture is placed on the omental muscle ribbon at the level of the middle of the selected haustrum. Transverse colon wall is opened in front of the fixed stump. Small-to-large intestine anastomosis is created with meticulous interrupted seromusculosubmucous suture. Invagination valve is formed by suturing omental muscle ribbon with the first two figure-of-eight sutures. The anastomosis is immersed into large intestine lumen. Valve construction is completed by suturing the lateral ileum wall with the fourth figure-of-eight suture.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in creating anastomosis with areflux function without disturbing wall blood supply, stricture formation and cicatrisation of anastomosis.
