FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: artificial heart valve can be used at heart surgery for replacement of heart valves. Valve has ring-shaped case, stop unit in form of disc mounted for open and close of pass cross-section of case, and top and symmetrical lower rests for restricting displacement of disc at opening and closing valve correspondingly. Lower rests are made in form of half-arcs protruding from internal side surface of case. There is space between free edges of half-arcs. Plane of symmetry of ring-shaped case which goes through top rest, and plane of symmetry of lower rests are turned by 1,5-4° angle.

EFFECT: uniform curve of parts of vale during long operation.
