FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped casing and two folds rotatably placed in it between the upper and lower (when followed the blood flow) arresting members to enable the main zone of the passable cross-section to be formed in central part and enclosed by round portions of internal casing walls and lower (when followed the blood flow) boundaries of the folds . Lower arresting members of each fold are a pair of semiaxles mounted near the peripheral part of the valve cross-section. The upper arresting member of each fold is made in form of rest member which end is placed in a groove of rectangular cross-section made in the peripheral part of each fold on the side facing the rest member.
