SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing abrasive mass by mixing abrasive grains, binder and fillers; molding prepared mass and bakelizing molded product. Before molding abrasive mass is soaked at temperature 40 - 80°C for 4 - 12 h.
EFFECT: improved density and strength of tool.
