FIELD: shaping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing abrasive items on organic thermosetting bundles in the field of mechanical engineering. Method includes the stages of dosing and mixing the components of the moulding mixture; shaping the semi-finished items from composite materials in a mould, followed by removing and drying in air; a full heat treatment cycle, including the stages of preheating and hardening a group of semi-finished items in the microwave field of a UHF chamber until the complete polymerisation point of the organic thermosetting bundle is reached, holding at this temperature; and mechanical processing of the item with quality control thereof. A radar-absorbent filler in an amount determined by relatively levelling the radar-absorbent properties throughout the volume of the semi-finished item is added before mixing into the part of the moulding mixture with the lowest radar-absorbent properties.

EFFECT: uniform heating of the semi-finished items throughout the volume in the process of heat treatment thereof; shorter duration of the heat treatment process cycle.
