FIELD: wood-working industry.
SUBSTANCE: the machine has a welded bedframe with a table with a base guide installed on it, supports with five spindles, carrying the knife heads, fastened on them, an a broaching mechanism. The table consists of three parts: the original and final parts made adjustable in height, and the middle part - non-adjustable, the base guide is made in the form of an adjustable rule and pressure rollers, from five spindles three spindles are horizontal and two vertical ones, the vertical spindles are positioned one opposite the other. The broaching mechanism consists of front toothed rollers and rear drive rubberized rollers, as well as of a pressure roller for pressing the blank against the middle part of the table.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of wood working and reduced geometrical dimensions of the machine.
