FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: shifts of edges of blades are measured separately at radial and axial directions and at the direction of rotor's rotation. Low frequency oscillations of blades of turbomachine rotor are determined by means of three single-turn vortex-current converters, which is disposed at stator of turbomachine. Converters are disposed in such a way that at all admissible shifts the edge of controlled blade fins its place inside area of sensitivity of all the converter at any turn of working wheel during period of measurements taken by all three converters simultaneously. Fact of presence of oscillations of turbomachine rotor blades is stated if changes in shifts, achieved when taking measurements at adjoining cycles of measurements, at the direction of rotation of turbomachine rotor, exceed admissible level and have a periodical nature. Complete picture of state displacements of units of structure is provided.
