FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: shifts of blade ends in radial and axial directions and also in direction of rotor rotation are separately determined by means of three high temperature single-turn vortex-current converters, The converters are distributed along a stator casing within the borders of three sections of its surface. One point is chosen in each of them in a range of sensitivity of each converter. The first and second point are distant one from another at one and a half angular pitch of blade mounting on a controlled wheel of the rotor, while the second and third point are distant at one angular pitch in the direction of rotor rotation. Conversion of inductness of sensitive elements into voltage and fixation of corresponding codes is performed in two stages with duration of one turn of rotor for each. During the first stage the first and second sensitive elements perform functions of working and compensating elements alternately with arrival of each pulse of synchronised sequence. During the second stage through the whole turn the third sensitive element is the working one, while the first one is the compensating one.
EFFECT: increased performance due to reduced time for information gathering and upgraded accuracy due to decreased dynamic error related to possible instability of rotation period of rotor for decreased time of information gathering.
