FIELD: storage of agricultural products, in particular, preparing of fruits for storage.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying ethereal oils and epiphytic substances of raw plant cuticular layer, said applying procedure being provided by condensing from mycelium produced after extracting of Mortierella spinosa var. sterilis micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state. Apparatus has extractant recirculation contour.
EFFECT: reduced losses owing to bacterial damage, increased fruit storage life, and reduced losses of carrier.
