Essential oils of the same fruits and epiphytic substances of cuticular layer of vegetable raw are applied on their surface prepared of miscalls in order to reduce losses in bacterial damage and to prolong time storage of fruits. Miscella is prepared by extraction of biomass of micromycetes Mortierella globalpina with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state.
