FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing probe into the rectum from perineal side. The intestine resection is carried out. Large intestine segments under anastomosis is mobilized. Posterior and anterior rows of seromuscular sutures are placed. Posterior row sutures only are tied. Intestine lumen is opened. Temporary suture is placed on each lateral wall of the segments under anastomosis. The walls are stretched extensively. Posterior walls of the segments are cut in the middle of posterior semicircle. Fixing row is placed on the top. Temporary suture ligatures are fixed on the probe. Large intestine distal segment lumen is transversely dilated. Proximal segment of the large intestine is invaginated into the distal one. Anterior row ligatures of seromuscular sutures are tied.
EFFECT: increased anastomosis reliability.
