FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating pancreaticojejunal anastomosis. In doing it, seromuscular coat is circularly removed at the end of intestine segment to be anastomosed within the invagination area. Pancreas stump is invaginated into the ileum lumen. External row of stitches is put-in between the edge of the submucous intestine layer and the pancreas capsule. A valve preventing from reflux is produced from intestinal wall. To do it, 3 cm long intestine segment is mobilized. The seromuscular coat is circularly dissected in the middle of the segment. The seromuscular coat is elliptically dissected to the omental boundary on the proximal and distal edge. Separated interrupted sutures are put in on the proximal and distal edge. EFFECT: prevented inconsistency of the anastomosis. 12 dwg
