FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely apparatuses for forming annular corrugations on tubular blanks (shells) of fire tubes of boiler aggregates.

SUBSTANCE: complex includes mounted on foundation: apparatus for fixing one end of tube blank with possibility of rotating it around lengthwise horizontal axis; apparatus for fixing other end of tube blank and designed for upsetting at rolling each corrugation; apparatus for locally heating zone of forming each corrugation by means of HF-currents and mechanism for rolling corrugations at bending and upsetting metal of tube blank. Apparatus for locally heating zone for forming each corrugation includes annular inductor mounted with possibilities of embracing tube blank, performing lengthwise and crosswise motion relative to it and fixing positions of heated zones. Mechanism for rolling corrugations includes shaped roller for bending tube blank at rolling each corrugation. Profile of working surface of shaped roller corresponds to profile of corrugation recess between points of changing arc curvature sign of recess or law of changing it. Shaped roller is mounted with possibility of lengthwise motion along worked tube blank and it is fixed in intermediate positions in rolling zones and may perform crosswise motion in plane normal to lengthwise horizontal axis of tube blank. Complex is provided with hydraulic drive unit for realizing simultaneous upsetting of tube blank and crosswise motion of shaped roller at rolling each corrugation.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and technological effectiveness, lowered power and labor consumption of installation and operation of complex, improved ecology of manufacturing process and high quality of product.
