SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of automobiles. Device for securing an automobile to a vehicle comprises carcass and support sole (1). Frame comprises two flat side walls (2) resting on flooring with first through holes (4), in which guide tube (5) is horizontally installed, which is placed in holes of vehicle guides. On the opposite side, side walls of the frame are rigidly connected by a crosspiece with a cutout. One side of support sole (1) is intended for interaction with automobile wheel. On the back side of support sole (1) there are rigidly fixed lugs, the free ends of which are directed towards the crosspiece with a cutout. Lugs are arranged between the side walls of the frame. In each lug there are two holes, in the first holes of the lugs there is a first axis, in the second holes of the lugs there is a second axis, the ends of which are fixed in the second through holes made in the side walls of the frame above the first through holes of the frame. First axis is installed in a through hole made in the head of the adjusting screw, the rod of which passes through the cut in the crosspiece. End of the adjusting screw rod extending beyond the limits of the crosspiece is provided with a thread and a nut with the possibility of the nut end surface resting against the crosspiece; the thread length of the adjusting screw rod is chosen so that to provide for the support sole pressing to the automobile wheel when the nut is screwed.

EFFECT: invention increases the reliability of the device for securing an automobile to a vehicle.
