FIELD: construction industry; methods and materials of construction.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction, in particular, to the method of construction and realization of internal works at construction. The invention makes it possible to avoid necessity for preparation of the whole surface of the back wall of the building before realization of any decoration. The precast structure for the internal works realization provides for: application of the coating layer on the factory-made components having at least one coating layer with the depth from 0.2 up to 3 mm; at least one material for application of the joints seal linking the coated with the coating layer factory-made components with formation of the flat exterior surface having the visible surface at least of one junction and the visible surface of the factory-made components coated with the covering layer. At least one material for the joints seal and, at least, one coating layer contain the mineral filler, the binding and water. Composition of at least one material for the joints seal and at least one coating layer are adapted to each other and due to that at least one indicated material for the joints seal and at least one indicated coating layer, both in a dry state, form the homogeneous exterior surface, which has along the whole visible surface of at least one material for the joints seal and along the whole visible surface at least one coating layer. At least one parameter selected from the group, which contains the color, the painting, the reflection factor and absorption of the surface water, is homogeneous over the whole exterior surface.

EFFECT: the invention makes it possible to avoid preparation works of the whole surface of the back wall of the building before realization of any decoration.
