SUBSTANCE: invention provides a process for producing arabinogalactan from larch wood including extraction of arabinogalactan from ground wood with water, separation of extract, evaporation of extract, and precipitation of desired product in organic solvent. Process is characterized by that extraction of ground wood with water is accompanied with shock-and-acoustic action over a period of 0.5-1.0 min.
EFFECT: increased yield of product.
