FIELD: building, particularly to build civil or industrial building wall siding and roof fences.

SUBSTANCE: building panel comprises facing, profiled lining, heat-insulation material arranged between facing and profiled lining, flat diaphragm secured to profiled lining by fasteners from outer side thereof, padding arranged between flat diaphragm and profile lining and between facing and rigid substrate. Summary thickness of flat diaphragm and substrate is not less than 30 mm. The substrate may be formed of structural strip material. Heat-insulation may be foam plastics, glass wool and so on. Rigid substrate is formed of gypsum board, fiberboard, plywood, metal, paperboard, asbestos cement or of phospho-fiberglass.

EFFECT: increased fire-resistance and load-bearing capabilities of building panel due to increased rigidity and strength of building panel structure.
