CONSTRUCTION PANEL Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering, wall fencing of buildings of industrial and civilian assignment. SUBSTANCE: construction panel includes wooden frame, outer facing and inner sheathing attached to it, layer of foam plastic and flat diaphragm placed inside panel. Flat diaphragm comes in the form of bearing bonded wooden board 40-50 mm thick and is placed at distance of 0.25-0.55 thickness of panel from sheathing. Panel is fitted in addition with layer of heat insulation made of mineral material with thermal conductivity under 0.15 W/m C installed between sheathing and flat diaphragm, layer of foam plastic located between outer facing and flat diaphragm. Foam concrete containing, per cent by mass: mineral binder 21.0-71.0; sand of natural or artificial origin 15.0-40.0; foam agent 1.3-7.4; water being the balance is utilized in the capacity of mineral material. Foam glass and mineral wool can also be utilized as mineral material. Flat diaphragm is made of structural wood shavings material or plywood. Phenol foam plastic or foam resol resin or foam polyurethane can be used in the capacity foam plastic. EFFECT: increased heat insulation properties, reduced cost of panel with preservation of sufficient fire resistance and bearing capacity. 6 cl, 1 dwg
