FIELD: mining industry, particularly anchors for mine excavation fastening.

SUBSTANCE: bolting comprises lock comprising wedge coupling having parallel mating inner surfaces. One wedge of the coupling is made on bolting rod end to be arranged in bore-hole. Another wedge is made as side wedge. Bolting rod is provided with slot extending for depth thereof. Slot bottom is extension of wedge-like surface of bolting rod. Part of side wedge may slide in the slot. Extensions to limit mutual wedge displacement are formed on mating inner surfaces of wedge coupling. End wall of the slot and side wedge wall mating it are parallel one to another. Surfaces of locking part wedge and side wedge brought into contact with massif provide side wedge engagement with the massif during anchor fastening. Angle of wedge coupling inclination is 6°÷10°. Wedge surface or bolting rod is smooth, the same surface of side wedge is provided with sharpened spikes. Edges of wedge coupling and spikes are beveled to bore-hole head.

EFFECT: increased working ability for all roof bolting usage conditions.
