FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to the mining industry and in particular, to the anchor fixation of the mine workings of the deep laying. Cord anchor consists of cordage fibres with the lock, supporting sleeve with the external threading for the nut and axial hole with the wedge wherein the cordage fibres are supposed to be fixed. Internal surface of the supporting sleeve is made of conjugate with each other cylindrical and conic parts with long slots the cordage fibres are laid wherein. The wedge has longitudinal cuts contacting by the form with the cordage fibres. The anchor is equipped with firm spacers installed along the axis of the cord, and above them and between them above the cordage fibres there are elastic coverings having the external diametre not exceeding the diametre of the well wherein the anchor is installed.

EFFECT: invention excludes the slipping motion of the fibres and the loss of the bearing capacity of the cord during the operation of the cord anchor.
