Device contains transmitter and receiver, wired transfer line positioned along guarded boundary and connected by one end to transmitter, and by another end - to receiver, while in transmitter positioned are synchronization signal generator, pulse generator and adder, and in receiver - high frequency filter, device for selection and storage, low frequency filter, Schmidt trigger, front selection circuit, band filter and threshold executing circuit.
EFFECT: improved resistance to interference.
