SUBSTANCE: wired transfer line, positioned along guarded boundary, realizes two functions: sensitive element of detection device and line for temporal synchronization of operation of receiver and transmitter of device. Device contains transmitter and receiver, wired transfer line positioned along guarded boundary and connected by one end to transmitter, and by another end - to receiver, while in transmitter positioned are synchronization signal generator, pulse generator and adder, and in receiver - high frequency filter, device for selection and storage, low frequency filter, Schmidt trigger, front selection circuit, band filter and threshold executing circuit.
EFFECT: improved resistance to interference.
