SUBSTANCE: device has Doppler UHF indicator, antenna, seismic indicator of vertical oscillations of vehicle body, switching logical circuit AND-OR, controlled radio transmitter, autonomous radio-receiving device, high frequency generator, power amplifier and transmitting antenna. Radio-receiving device contains receiving antenna, high frequency amplifier, two multipliers, narrowband filter, lower frequencies filter and indication block. Control station has receiving antennas, high frequency amplifiers, mixers, heterodyne, intermediate frequency amplifiers, multipliers, narrowband filters, lower frequencies filters, phase meters, computing block for determining distance D to emission source of phase-manipulated signal, registration block, frequency meters.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of device by measuring radial speed D and angular speed BLAH of mine-strewn transport vehicle.
