FIELD: engineering of means for protecting micro-electronic information registers, possible use in protected onboard accumulators of flight information of planes and helicopters.

SUBSTANCE: protection of micro-electronic equipment from destructive factors is performed by multi-layer cover containing layers serially positioned along depth: external, intermediate and internal, while each layer performs certain protective function. External layer is meant for realizing impact and fire resistance of protective cover due to high mechanical and heat resistance of metals utilized during its manufacture. Intermediate layer meant for passive heat protection of protected object performs heat insulating functions due to low heat conductivity of fire-resistant dry porous material forming that layer. Internal layer provides active heat protection of micro-electronic register.

EFFECT: safety of microelectronic register under complex effect from external destructive factors: mechanical impacts, overloads, vibration effects, static pressures and also fire factors with effect duration up to 1 hour with all-side enveloping fire at temperature up to 1100°C.
