FIELD: radio-absorbing materials and coatings for producing anechoic chambers.
SUBSTANCE: novelty is that used as dielectric binder is oligophenylsilsesquioxane dimethylsiloxane block polymer. Electricity conducting fibers or powdered magnetic filler can be used to produce electromagnetic radiation absorbing filler. Carbon fibers in the amount of 0.0001 - 0.1 volume percent can be used as electricity conducting fibers. Powdered magnetic filler is used in the amount of 5 - 50 volume percent. Material may incorporate glass microspheres, their content being 30 - 65 volume percent.
EFFECT: enhanced electromagnetic compatibility of on-board equipment, personnel protection against electromagnetic radiation in tropics and at high temperature with same radio characteristics.
