FIELD: technology for producing foodstuffs for children's nutrition, food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cooking groats to a pulp, mixing with fruit-vegetable puree, homogenization and drying. Before cooking pectin is added and in mixing the preparation is added additionally that is obtained by successive extraction of micromycete Mortierella reticulata biomass followed by combination of the first extract with a solid residue. Method provides enhancing quality of the end product.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
