SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes cereal cooking, blending with fruit-and-vegetable puree, and preparation obtained from biomass of Mortierella marburgensis micromycete according to claimed technology in amount of 0.01-0.02 % based on prepared mixture mass, homogenization and drying. Cooking is carried out in pectin extract containing 0.5-1.5 % of pectin substances.
EFFECT: target product of improved quality and prophylaxis action.
