SUBSTANCE: target product is produced by cereal cooking, blending with fruit-and-vegetable puree and preparation obtained from biomass of micromycete Mortierella gamsii by subsequent extraction and mixing of the first extract with solid residue, followed by homogenization and drying, wherein pectin is added into water before cooking.
EFFECT: target product of improved quality.
