FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing foodstuffs for children's nutrition. Groats is screened, passed through magnetic trap and washed. Dry biomass of micromycetus Mortierella pusilla is extracted with a nonpolar extractant, for example, carbon dioxide or hexane in supercritical state. The first extract is separated from biomass and biomass is extracted successively with water, acid, water, alkali, water, acid and water. After finishing these procedures solid sediment is combined with the first extract to obtain the preparation. Pectin extract with the content of pectin substances 0.5-1.5% representing an intermediate product in pectin manufacturing and taken from line in pectin producing after stage of hydrolysis-extraction and filtered off is mixed with prepared groats in the ratio 1:10. Groats is cooked to a pulp up to the content of dry matter in groats about 11.5% and fruit-vegetable puree taken in the amount from 30 to 50% and the preparation from biomass in the amount 0.01-0,02% of preparing mixture mass are added. The mixture is stirred, homogenized and dried. In the drying method other than spraying method the dried mixture is ground up to powder-like state and screened. Invention provides enhancing quality of the end product as far as it can be recovered with water easily to the homogenous puree-like consistence and doesn't form agglomerates and lumps in storage in nonhermetic package for a week at air moisture up to 76%. Except for, the end product possesses curative-prophylactic properties typical for products with the enhanced pectin content, in particular, hypoallergic effect. Invention allows decreasing the age census in using the mixture and recommended for nutrition of children in age since 3.5 month.
EFFECT: improved producing method of mixture.
