SUBSTANCE: cerebroside-cerebroside sulfate-containing lipid complex comprises the following components, wt.-%: cholesterol, triglycerides and gangliosides, 6.0-14.7; cerebroside, 25.0-57.0; phosphatidylethanolamine, 7.2-24.1; phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin, 8.8-29.2, and cerebroside sulfate, 7.0-21.0. Method for preparing cerebroside-cerebroside sulfate-containing lipid complex involves homogenization of spinal cord or brain of animals in cooled acetone, filtration, stirring to homogenous state filtration, repeated treatment of filtered off sediment with acetone taken in the amount 1.0-1.5 volume of acetone per 1 volume of raw to be treated, one- or two-step extraction of filtered off sediment with ethanol being at 20-30°C firstly. In case for carrying out the second stage the sediment is extracted at 40-70°C followed by crystallization and/or re-crystallization from ethanol and/or washing out with cold acetone. Method provides preparing lipid complex with the enhanced biological activity. Invention can be used in technology for preparing lipid complexes, in particular, cerebroside-cerebroside sulfate-containing lipid complexes that can be used in producing different formulations of medicinal preparations and cosmetic agents.
