FIELD: manufacture of important-designation articles such as vessels for oil processing and oil chemistry operating in aggressive media at different temperatures.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of grinding and degreasing mutually touched metal surfaces of main layer 9 and cladding layer 10 before assembling them; assembling pack and compressing it for narrowing gap between layers; fixing assembled pack at realizing reverse-step manual electric arc welding by means of austenite-class electrodes for forming bead 11 on end of cladding layer; surfacing under-layer by means of manual electric arc welding in the form of two layers I, II with use of electrodes of austenite and austenite - ferrite classes; then blowing inter-contact space with inert gas and evacuating it. Automatic electric arc welding of pack is realized with use of austenite and austenite-ferrite class wire and then pack is subjected to secondary evacuation. Welded seam is subjected to tempering in combination with heating for rolling in heating furnace at temperature 400 - 720°C and further soaking.
EFFECT: prevention of breakage of welded joint, fluid tightness of pack.
