FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: device includes gooseneck attachment, derrick, guy-rope and swivel platform forming guide mechanism made in form of double-rocker link mechanism. Swivel platform is mounted on tubular pin fitted on base of stationary platform. Mounted on swivel platform, derrick and gooseneck attachment is articulated pipe line provided with flexible sections at points of articulations of derrick with swivel platform and gooseneck attachment, as well as with end flexible section for connecting the receiving device of tanker or flushing unit. One section of articulated pipe line is passed along axis of pin; pipe line is mounted for turn together with pin.
