SUBSTANCE: device for loading and unloading of products comprises equilibrium sleeve (1) for loading and unloading products with pipeline system (2) of a compass type. One end of the pipeline system is assembled on base (4), while the other end is equipped with connecting system (5). Device has rope (7), connected to hoist (8), which is fabricated integrally with base (4) and the hoist is able to endure a constant tension of rope (7). Rope (7) interacts with guiding devices (9) which guide connecting system (5) along the trajectory of the rope. Guiding device (9) comprises driven hoist (9) which forms an integral whole with connecting system (5) and provides the possibility of directing connecting system (5) on rope (7) and also drives connecting system (5) along rope (7) due to friction against rope (7), when the rope is tightened.
EFFECT: to eliminate risks of collision between the end of a ship manifold and connecting means of a loading sleeve.
