FIELD: methods and devices for purification of the natural underground waters from fluoride-ions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of purification of the natural underground waters from fluoride-ions, in particular, to the method of the underground waters defluoridation and may be used in the processes of water treatment for production of the potable water and technical water. The method provides, that into the processed water introduce a magnesium-bearing reactant with the subsequent formation and separation of the sediment of magnesium oxyfluoride. At that in the capacity of the reactant use magnesium oxide, which together with the being purified water is fed into the above-filtering layer of the high-rate filter, the depth of which should be no less than 1.6 m, the filtering layer - made out of the heavy grainy loading with the depth of no less than 0.8 m and with the equivalent diameter of grains - 0.7 - 0.8 mm, the heterogeneity factor -1.8-2 at the rate of filtration of no more than 10 m/h. The device for the water defluoridation includes: the system of magnesium oxide batching, the high-rate filter with the heavy grainy loading, the pipe of fluorine-free water withdrawal, the purified water tank and the system of the water feeding for the filtering loading flush. And the pipe of the initial water feeding is connected with the over-filtering layer of the high-rate filter, and the pipe of fluorine-free water withdrawal is connected to the inlet of the hydrocyclone, the lower outlet of which is directed into the tank for collection of the sediment of magnesium oxyfluoride. The upper outlet is directed to the tank for collection of the purified flushing water, in which there also is the dipped intake pipe, the other end of which is connected to the union of then ejector located on the pipe of the initial water feeding on the section between the points of insertion of the magnesium-bearing reactant and the entry of this pipe in the high-rate filter.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reliable defluoridation of the natural underground waters from fluoride-ions.
