FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves hydrolysis of yeast ribonucleic acid, addition of ethyl alcohol, separation of sediment by filtration and addition of mandelic acid to filtrate up to its final concentration in filtrate 0.10-0.122 mg/l. Mixture of oligonucleotides is separated by ultrafiltration through membrane with pores size 50-150 Å followed by precipitation of oligonucleotides with ethyl alcohol. Oligonucleotide mixtures are prepared in 0.55-0.65% sodium chloride solution followed by its filtration and sterilization. Method provides increase yield of product by 1.2-fold (up to 57-63%), unification of product composition in retaining its non-toxicity and apyrogenic properties. Invention can be used for industrial preparing pancreatic hydrolyzate of ribonucleic acid.

EFFECT: improved preparing method of hydrolyzate.
