FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy; methods of production of the high-temperature alloys on the basis of nickel.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to production of the carbon-free casting high-temperature alloys on the basis of nickel and may be used at smelting of the carbon-free high-temperature alloys for casting of blades of the gas-turbine engines and other details with a monocrystal structure. The invention offers the method of production of the casting high-temperature alloys based on nickel. The method includes the smelting-down in vacuum of the charge materials, realization of decarbonizing refining of the melt in two stages in the aerosphere of an inert gas, injection of chromium and the active alloying elements, refining of the melt by calcium and the rare-earth metals in vacuum. The charge materials contain up to 70 % of the waste carbon-free casting high-temperature alloys based on nickel, which are added after injection of chromium, and before refining by a calcium and the rare-earth metals the melt is heated up to the temperature exceeding the temperature the alloy liquidus of no less, than by 250 °C with the subsequent seasoning at this temperature. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the coefficient of the metal utilization, the yield of alloy suitable for smelting and casing of the gas-turbine engine details with the monocrystal structure.
