FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field, particularly it relates to melting method of heat-resistant alloys on the basis of nickel and can be used while melting of carbon-free heat-resistant alloys for melting of gas turbine engine blades and other details with regular crystal structure. Method includes melting in vacuum charge materials, implementation of decarbonises finishing in two stages by means of oxidant introduction in blanket of inert gas under pressure 20-150 mm of mercury and further introduction in vacuum rare-earth metals. After the implementation of decarbonises finishing into melt it is introduced magnesium in amount 0.02-0.20% of melt mass, cerium and yttrium in total amount 0.01-0.10% of melt mass. Then it is added chromium and active alloying element. After introduction of active alloying elements in vacuum it is introduced magnesium in amount 0.003-0.015% of melt mass, lanthanum, scandium in total amount 0.01-0.50% of melt mass.
EFFECT: reduction in alloys sulphur till content ≤0,0003%, oxygen ≤0,0005%, nitrogen ≤0,0005% and increasing of heat-resistant properties of alloy.
