FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to production of cast heat resistant alloys on nickel base, carbonless, as well as carbon containing, and it is designed for fabricating blades of gas-turbine engines and parts with directed and mono-crystal structure. Carbon containing charge materials are melted in vacuum; these materials contain up to 70 % of weight of casting rejects of heat resistant alloys on nickel base. Active alloying elements and refining additives are introduced. As one of the refining additives there is introduced hydride of at least one metal constituent into alloy composition from group - titanium, tantalum, niobium, vanadium and hafnium at amount conditioned by hydrogen contents of 0.005-0.1% from weight of charge materials. Hydride is introduced into melt in atmosphere of inert gas at pressure of 50-200 mm of mercury column and temperature of melt by 100-240°C exceeding temperature of melt liquidus. At production of carbonless alloys carbonless refining of melt is carried out after melting of charge materials in two stages in atmosphere of inert gas, then chromium is introduced. Output of accepted product and also operational characteristics of alloys at working temperatures are increased.
EFFECT: increase of output and upgrading operational characteristics of alloys at working temperatures.
