FIELD: microwave engineering; frequency-selective path components.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has insulating substrate with grounded metal surface on one end and energy input and output components on other end, as well as stripline Y-joints of equal wave impedance interconnected by equal-length lines. Such design forms cellular structure. Connected to central point of each Y-joint is controllable shorting element. Definite set of cellular-structure Y-joints shorted out by means of controllable shorting element dictates set of frequencies of adjustable multiple-cavity stripline device.
EFFECT: improved design of device.
