FIELD: receiving, amplifying, and filtering radio signals; active receiving antennas in user's equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed active antenna has substrate in the form of cup-shaped ceramic package with metallized inner cavity and ledge, and antenna printed-circuit conductor coated with radio-transparent shielding layer being disposed on top of this inner cavity; it also has low-noise amplifier mounted on inner metallized surface of substrate; coaxial cable lead is passed through metallized side hole of substrate closed with cover incorporating magnet and threaded bushing, the latter being secured in ledge of substrate inner cavity; inner surface of cover is metallized.
EFFECT: enlarged width of directivity pattern, enhanced mechanical strength and reliability, minimized size of antenna.
