SUBSTANCE: proposed aperture-fed wide-pattern microstrip antenna that can be used in space-based navigation systems (GPS, GNSS/GPS) has antenna proper in the form of printed conductor with substrate attached to screen surface, high-frequency cable, high-frequency connector, and power supply board; antenna substrate is made in the form of insulating sleeve with metal-plated internal screen cavity including sleeve end; this cavity has window in metal plating in the form of slit wholly disposed under printed conductor; the latter is disposed on top of insulating sleeve turned upside down; power supply board is disposed on substrate underside; it is essentially printed-circuit board carrying microstrip line that has ground plane in common with antenna in the form of metal plating within sleeve; microstrip line is passed under slit perpendicular to the latter and crosses it in center; high-frequency cable is passed through hole in screen surface and its external conductor is connected to metal-plated layer within sleeve; internal conductor is connected to microstrip line; other end of cable is connected to high-frequency connector and serves to connect transmitting or receiving device.
EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, enhanced reliability of antenna.
