FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out endoscopic examination and gullet bougienage at the fifth-sixth day after operation and during 3 month after the operation later on. Bougienage frequency is equal to 1 procedure per 3 days with fibrogastroscope of 9-10 mm being applied within the first month. Bougienage frequency is equal to 1 procedure per week with fibrogastroscope of 11-12 mm being applied within the second month. Bougienage frequency is equal to 1 procedure per 2 weeks with fibrogastroscope of 13-14 mm being applied within the third month.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of prophylaxis.
