FIELD: pulverizing and atomizing of materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comes to acting of complex breaking loads onto material by grinding bodies, grinding chambers and particles of material under processing at grinding in grinding chambers with flat bottom rounded to walls and installed to provide compensation of dynamic loads at oppositely directed circular movements of chambers without changing tilting of bottom, or swinging movement at changing of tilting of bottom at each point of trajectory. Proposed pulverizer contains grinding chambers with grinding bodies provided with flat bottom rounded to walls and connected with eccentric drive mechanism by connecting rods to set chambers for movement in opposite directions. Eccentric drive mechanism is secured on frame. According to first design version, grinding chambers are hinge-secured on rocker furnished with dynamic load compensators secured on frame. According to second design version, grinding chambers are furnished with dynamic load compensators and are hinge-secured on frame. Frame for fixed bed with possibility of adjustment of tilting. In particular cases, grinding bodies are made in form cylinders with round knurling, and chambers are divided into 2-6 sections with grinding bodies in sections successively decreasing in size.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, improved quality of grinding.
