FIELD: dry or wet grinding of materials.

SUBSTANCE: milling-mixing unit has bed with vertical guides having slides and supporting columns. Eccentric shaft with counterweights is mounted in lower part of supporting columns. Milling-mixing unit frame is pivotally connected with its upper part to slides of supporting columns and is pivotally connected with its lower part to eccentric shaft. Milling chambers are vertically mounted on frame to define upper, middle and lower milling chambers. Upper and lower chambers are immovably fixed on frame so that their longitudinal axes are extending in horizontal plane and aligned with axes of pivot joints which connect frame with slides of supporting columns and eccentric shaft, respectively, and middle chamber is positioned for displacement in vertical plane and immovable fixation on frame, with longitudinal axis being arranged in horizontal plane. Milling chambers are connected with one another through connecting branch pipes, with classifying grids being built-in at sites where leading parts of branch pipes are joined to milling chambers, and restricting grids being built-in at sites where ends of branch pipes are joined to milling chambers. Upper and lower milling chambers are respectively connected to charging and discharge branch pipes, and restricting and classifying grids are respectively built-in at junction sites thereof. Charging, discharge and connecting branch pipes are positioned so as to change position of milling chambers with respect to one another.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in grinding and mixing of heterogeneous mixtures, improved accessibility for assembling and maintaining of chambers and bearing units.
