FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of dry, as well as wet grinding of various materials. Grinding-mixing device includes frame (1), loading hopper (26), vertical guides (2 and 3), grinding chambers (18, 19, 20) connected to each other with connection pipes (21) with openings (33 and 34) and located on frames (16 and 17). Upper part of each chamber (18, 19, 20) is connected by means of slides (4, 5) to guides, and lower part - to eccentric shafts (8 and 9) having counterweights (10 and 11) and arranged in support racks (6 and 7) fixed on frame (1). Grinding-mixing device is equipped with intermediate shaft (25) installed in supports of frame (1) with possibility of simultaneous kinematic interaction with pair of eccentric shafts (8 and 9). Each shaft is connected to corresponding frame (16 and 17). Eccentric shafts (8 and 9) are located parallel to intermediate shaft (25) and opposite directed relative to each other with possibility of changing relative setting angle, and counterweights (10 and 11) of eccentric shafts (8 and 9) are controllable. Loading hopper (26) is two-section and equipped with horizontal gate valves (27 and 28), and each section is connected to connection pipe of appropriate grinding chamber.

EFFECT: reducing power consumption and enlarging process capabilities of grinding-mixing device.
