FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed L-shaped loading member is made for placing on box bottom together with corresponding loading member. Each member is made on one of two parallel lower edges of box. Loading members are fixed close to box by means of belts or packing film thanks to which box supports can be formed. One l-section wall has at least two pressed hollow projections on surface to be pointed to loading member. Two projections from those stated above are spaced by at least half of length of loading member. Width of projections is either less than or is equal to half of wall width. Projections adjoin the edge on which l-shaped walls meet. Invention makes it possible to built relatively light loading member and to drive fork of fork-lift truck under loading member without damage or wear of loading member.
EFFECT: provision of light-weight loading member, ease of handling, no damage to member at handling by fork-lift truck.
