FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed block for modular construction of artificial herbaceous soil cover has backing used for fitting on support surface, and artificial herbaceous system placed over backing. Artificial herbaceous system includes at least leaf base, great number of artificial tapes projecting upwards and loose material filling layer in space between artificial tapes on leaf base. Block contains deflecting limiting sides projecting upwards and arranged over perimeter to hold filling layer. Backing contains at least one ceramic tile with great number of drain holes. Great number of blocks from modular construction of artificial herbaceous soil cover with mainly uninterrupted backing layer on support surface and mainly uninterrupted artificial herbaceous system placed on backing layer. Method and device for continuous displacement of modular blocks are described.
EFFECT: provision of safety of players and mobility of soil cover.
