FIELD: metallurgy, alloys.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of heat-resistant glass-ceramic covers with devitrified glass structure for protection of Nichrome steels and alloys. Proposed heat-resistant cover comprises: waste in metallurgic manufacture of the following composition, wt.-%: SiO2, 26.00; Al2O3, 45.88; CaO, 1.98; MgO, 3.82; NiO, 7.64; Fe2O3, 7.65; CuO, 4.28; Mn2O3, 0.78; Cr2O3, 1.57; TiO2, 0.15; Na2O, 0.15; Mo2O3, 0.07; Ag2O, 0.01; InO, 0.01, and Nb2O3 in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: SiO2, 15.10-55.00; CaO, 3.00-12.00; BaO, 1.00-4.50; ZnO, 1.00-9.00; TiO2, 4.00-10.00; Li2O, 3.50-10.00; high-clay waste in Belokalitvensky plant, 18.50-47.40; additions for grinding, above 100%; clay, 2.5-8.5; H3BO3, 0.005-0.05; slaggy waste, 5-10, and water, 40-50% of dry mixture of components. Invention provides decreasing cost of the cover technology due to expanding the raw base from industry waste, preparing relatively inexpensive heat-resistant cover with high thermomechanical properties.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of cover.
